Free Flu & COVID Shots Clinic

Tuesday, November 21st, 10 am – 2 pm; Registration and Consent Form Required

Alderman Matt O’Shea, Senator Bill Cunningham, and Representative Mary Gill are partnering with the Jewel-Osco Pharmacy to provide free influenza and COVID immunizations on Tuesday, November 21st from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the 19th Ward Office (10402 S. Western Ave). All participants are asked to bring a photo ID and insurance card, if available. Flu shots and COVID vaccines are free, but insurance will be billed if applicable. This event will include standard flu shots as well as a limited number of senior citizen flu vaccines. First come first served basis. Appointments are required. Register using the link or QR code below.

Regular flu vaccines (available for 3 years and older)
Flu vaccines for 65 years and older
Covid Pfizer and Moderna (available for 3 years and older)
Covid Novavax (available for 12 years and older)
Shingles vaccine (available for 50 years and older)
RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) vaccine is available for 60 years and older)
Pneumonia vaccine (available for 19 years and older)
Tdap (available for 10 years and older)
HPV (available for those under 45 years old)
Hepatitis A and/or B vaccine (available for 7 years and older)
MMR vaccine (available for 7 years and older)
