Dog Waste Sign-Request Form

Thank you for your interest in the 19th Ward’s “Please Be Courteous and Clean Up After Your Pet” yard signs.  Signs are available to Chicago 19th Ward residents ONLY. Signs will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis.  Limit one sign per address.  

Yard sign requests were accepted through June 1st and delivery is expected in mid-June.
