Support The Road Home Program & Chicago’s Veterans

If you have previously purchased a sign and/or t-shirt, your items are available for pick-up at our office at 10400 S. Western Ave. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. If you would like to make alternate arrangements, please call us at 773-238-8766. We will hold all purchases until Friday, August 6th. After which all unclaimed items will be donated to the Road Home Program. Thank you.
